Annette Schippel, DC

Annette Schippel, DC

Dr. Annette graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 1998. Her passion for pediatrics started while she was still in school which led to a practice that was focused on women and children. It seemed a natural fit being a mother of four children herself! It wasn’t long before nutrition was added to the practice she shared with her husband. Dr. Annette obtained countless hours of postgraduate training in pediatrics, general nutrition, sports health, phytotherapy and functional endocrinology.

Her training in functional endocrinology really took off when she studied extensively under one of the country’s foremost holistic clinicians. She later became an associate in 2006 and started consulting with other health care practitioners; supporting and teaching them on how to restore endocrine health. Dr. Annette has lectured on nutrition for the athlete, children’s health issues and hormonal imbalances in men and women both locally and nationally. She has lectured at the public schools, local college, mom’s groups, and national conferences such as Weston A. Price and Parker Seminars. She started lecturing primarily for Standard Process in 2008 up to the present.

In May of 2011, Dr. Annette and Dr. Doris Kutz- Compton, started Endocrine Wellness. It was born out of a desire to keep the field of nutrition and endocrinology moving forward for all health care practitioners. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, and approachability make her a gifted teacher you won’t want to miss!
