Sleep! Can't get to sleep, can't stay asleep, can't fall back to sleep, can't wake up, can't stay awake! My goodness, we hear it all and it's complicated. Please join our presenter, Dr. Rob Scott, for a thoughtful approach to integrating symptoms, assessments, and causes of sleep dysregulation. This online professional development course will offer integrative solutions for every kind of Health Care Practitioner. Here are a few highlights to get you excited:

  • How HPA dysregulation, hormone physiology and stress relate to sleep disorders
  • How neuroinflammation and mitochondrial dysfunction lead to the development of mood disorders and sleep issues
  • How neurotoxins, autoimmunity, stress, head trauma, infection, and gut permeability can trigger brain and sleep issues
  • How sleep quality impacts many systems and functions in the body and can lead to the development of common medical conditions
  • How the medical community assesses, diagnoses, and treats sleep concerns
  • How to develop treatment protocols based on nutritional, diet & lifestyle, and herbal approaches

Conditions relating to sleep effect all ages and every family and workplace (even yours). Natural solutions that leave patients in a healing mode while root causes are the best frontline approach.
